I like the way it's shaping up.
I also like the inclusion of Lorule's Triforce symbol and the full sized axe armour :)

This is awesome! The art style and chiptune remixes alone really give this project it's own identity. I could never stand Simon's Quest but I'm thinking your game could finally make it worth playing, keep it up!
