I've been looking through the pictures of the characters, and I can't see too clearly most of them but it the ones I do see seem blue. And the ones that I think I can see, seems blue as well.

Anyone know?

Heh, I've never noticed that.

Simon's the exception: his old look had brown eyes, and his more recent one has yellow.

I chalk it up to a lack of creativity. Just like how all the new belmonts and remade belmonts look damn near the same just with changed hair.

Even Julius?

Come to think of it, most Belmonts have always looked the same. John Morris is an exception.

The belmonts that do not look alike imo, are:

Julius

I was goin to say ROB Richter and John Morris, but I realize they both have similar outfits to one another; similar as in they have a vest and a headband.

The guy in n64 CV series doesn't look alike though that fur getup he has in one of the games is pushin it.

Also, Johnaton Morris looks different despite having long hair.

- THANK YOU!

And as for the abundance of blue eyes... Well, it *is* the Japanese standard that all foreigners outside of Nihon are tall, blue-eyed and English-speaking, neh?

The majority of them certainly have blue/gray eyes.

What can you do - that's how the Japanese like it.

I really don't mind the Belmont's looking similar at all... I mean, they are related...

Yea, they are, but you'd think that blue eyes would get lost somewhere in the 800 years of vampire hunting, you know? Its a reccesive gene and all. Its like they only mate with .... what you call that hitler race again? Aerians or something?

That's a common misconception.  The color of ones eyes is related to THREE different genes, not just one.  And it has nothing to do with recessive or dominant.  Please read this article and educate yourself;

http://discovermagazine.com/2007/mar/eye-color-explained

In all likely hood, if there are many generation of blue-eyed people in the Belmont family, you'll get a larger majority of blue-eyed offspring.
