i like this more than the other one...

I hands down agree.  I mean the Japanese one was pretty, I love the cover for Nintendo Power (I hope it's the little booklets coverart) but this one rocks.  Dunno...it just makes me want to play the game just by looking at.  I love the way Albus is done on the front and I gotta admit, Shanoa actually does look pretty...erm...good looking.

Gotta agree with ANTRAXX, this is the best cover art for a DS game I've seen.  The artist for this game is friggin wonderful.

I agree that this box art is wonderful. It's good to see some real talent in 2D media emerging in the game industry these days.

OoE will be better than the other two DS titles, which I liked, so I know I'll enjoy it immensely. I'm looking forward to this one.

Yeah it's her hair bunching up from the wind. See, just cuz it makes a round shape doesn't mean it's her skull. What is odd is it looks like she has more hair in this pic than any of the other ones ('cept the other box art).

Well before you changed your sig -- it used to be Shanoa from the intro-- I noticed her hair wasn't as thick, as in that scene her hair was in the wind too; blowing towards direction of her face, but does not bunch up like that.

This might have more to do wth making it animate right though.

In the game, her sprite's hair looks like tentacles O_O

... and not at all as lovely and shiny as her Masaki-san pics.

Agreed.  Though I have to admit, I actually like the animation where her hair lifts up and she takes in her new power. 

Random thought but relevant to the topic: Hey Kamirine, do you think this game and Judgment will be at the conference you go to? Or have you already gone?

I think most (guys) like the glyph-absorb animation for a different reason

But yeah that one is very unique and full of personality.
