George Belmont is the quintessential monster hunter equal parts Abrabam VanHelsing, Sherlock Holmes, and Solomon Kane.  Embodying all the qualities that would go on to make up the quintessential vampire hunter.

I wanted to do a concept figure about a theoretical inspiration for the Belmont family as if it were part of the original Universal movies that inspired the Castlevania series. And who better to play this classic monster hunting badass.

I started with the diamond select vanhelsing, switched his head with diamond select dr. jekyll because I thought it looked like vincent price, gave him the cape from the same figure, the holy water and cross accessories from the castlevania alucard figure, and a home made whip accessory.

Dracula was not always a monster. He was once a man named Mathias Cronqvist. A flawed, conflicted, genius of a man. How did the educated, aristocratic, crusader who piously served the church become a vampire, and eventually the Dark Lord himself, the opposing force to God? From a very young age terrors and tragedy shaped the man into the king of all evil. This is his story.

I can hear him talk too, lol.

Read this in his voice... "Die monster!  You don't belong in this world!"
