Heynow! 

Last year I had a fun idea for the 20th Anniversary of Duh Horrible Spam Uhtacks of this date in 2002, but Life had other plans and gimped my move, leaving me nowhere near able to coordinate such a thing. 

Timing didn’t work out for shooting a quick video in place of this text, either.

This is Jiiya, a supporting character from the Sister Princess visual novel which was selling like gangbusters by the time I came across its style rendered by Naoto Tenhiro in early 2002.  A demo came packed in a PlayStation D magazine CD-ROM and I loaded it up into Bleem! outta curiosity and got as far as, what I thought, was this pretty hot, angry looking maid (I couldn't identify for years after).  Print Screen'd, then she became the face of teh terruhble spam uhtacks of 7|15 2002.  In the credits of my 2006 animation NEVER GIVE UP the design was credited as "7|15: THE MAID!!!".
