I remember seeing a few around Deviant Art back when I was a regular on the Anti-Chapel years ago (seems like ages) but it was only like 2 or 3 of them, if you don't include people trying to make sprite sheets.

You know... I was thinking about Maria's look from Bloodletting and I don't think it's a Gi or any other type of Asian dress wear. looking at it carefully it could very well be a type of German dress wear. Something very similar to this:
