To Koji Igarashi, Castlevania Judgment is so much more than a fighting game. It's a 3D action adventure title that just happens to feature one on one fighting. "I understand that it looks like a 3D fighting game, but calling it that isn't doing it service."

If it features one on one fighting, it's a fighting game. How dumb do you have to be not to grasp that?

Yeah, it's a fighting game. Perhaps he was trying to explain that there's something more, like some epic storyline. Maybe he's hiding something, Like an adventure mode like in Smash Bros! :o

I doubt it, but you never know...

...I really want to see this video now. Glad to know those characters are being included. Game seems to have the same issues IGN mentioned in their preview but sense it's suppose to be an early build, we'll see.

As for the gameplay, since I'm a fan of Powerstone, it's not bothering me.  IGA already said it wasn't going to play exactly like games such as Tekken so I'm not sure why the previewer is surprised or even expecting it. I like that it's going to be different so to speak.

And I'm not sure what to say about the logo.  I'm indifferent to it honestly.  Reminds me of SF4's artwork style.

Choppy framerates and limited movesets sounds pretty bad so far, I just hope they fix it, honestly.

Cornell in it sounds surprising though, I always liked him.
A wild Ralph appears.

That doesn't surprise me, sense the game is in early development, so they've got time and good chance of fixing it.  I was honestly expecting framerate issues at first. (I'll be more concerned if this is still an issue later on.)

Now the limited movesets, I'd like to see this for myself.  With the different characters and powers they have, I'm actually a bit surprised this is an issue to be honest. (Not so much if there are a few Belmonts in the same game though.)

Man I can't wait until tomorrow.   Still hoping for that Mad Forest remix. XD

Nice pics. I'm not really a fan of Death Note, but I guess the character designer's style contributes something good with the series.

There's just one minor thing that annoyed me. I loved the "Akumajo Dracula" name for the Japanese versions, but KCET used Kyassuruvuania again, just like the LOI times. I thought they dropped that name for the Japanese market?

I guess they're not gonna include too many Belmonts, cause they would arguably play very similiar. I'm fine with just Simon and Trevor. And then have Richter or someone as an unlockable. They should put Stella, Loretta or Eric Lecarde in it, or any other character that isn't wielding a whip or a sword. Variety is faaaaar more important than having my "favorite" character in the game. Which is why Cornell is awesome (and I don't even like his game) lol.
