I think the game is only being released in '09 in Europe. Notice how the trailer is exactly the same aside from the language and the year. People at Gamestop are also still saying it comes out in November.

Umm... i dunno...

IT'S HIDEOUS.

It's absolutely ridiculous, and it's even too farfetched for Castelvania. No one would create such a sword because you can't hold it (you can tell just by looking at it how unweildly it is).

Sure it's fantasy, but this guy's characters designs are beyond silly. I cannot believe IGA thought this was a good choice for art direction... Beacause this art has no direction.

Obata's characters make the circus look tame.

First, the sword probably has a handle behind it, and even if it didn't, it wouldn't make it look stupid. Second, you're exaggerating about Obata's designs.

Obata is good...but to Death Note, not for Castlevania.
