Is the Power Stone Collection for PSP any good? I'm thinking about getting it, but I dunno.

Anyway, first there was Power Stone, then there was nothing. Then all of a sudden there's Judgment AND that Dissida game which both seems to play pretty much the same. The ideas behind both games are essentially the same anyway - have heroes from different time periods (or even different worlds) duke it out on teh 3D battl3fieldz!

Though the Castlevania crowd is arguably harder to please than the FF fans, as evident in here.

I have Power Stone Collection for PSP, it's pretty neat. Although I originally thought that it had the gameshare ability (send the game to other PSPs to fight, like in Viewtiful Joe Red Hot Rumble). You can send it, but you can't fight head-to-head unless they have a copy  :-\. Other than that, it's a solid buy.

I can't tell you if it's going to succeed or fail, in fact I can't tell you anything about the game until I played it.

Castlevania is your favorite series, and you want quality from them.  How many times have they let you down before?  The one thing about the Castlevania series is with every game you know what to expect, quality.  What's so different about Judgment?

Have they let you down yet?  Why do you think they're going to let you down now, just because they want to try something different?  Even the poor Castlevania games are usually better than most other games, and that's what I expect from Judgment.

Maybe it's going to suck, I don't know, maybe it's going to be great, all I know is it'll be exciting to see all the characters we've come to love over the years together in a game.  I expect this game will be loaded with references and stuff for the hardcore fans to pick out and have fun with.. and I think that's the point of this game.

This game is made for hardcore Castlevania fans, not the casual ones.  A casual fan isn't going to know who Eric Lecarde or Cornell are.  That's the point of the game, and that's why I ultimately think it's going to be good, because it's being built for Castlevania fans, and I've come to accept that when Konami makes a Castlevania game it's going to be a quality game.

Omg!!! Cornell is going to be in Judgement? Sweet.
No really, I agree with you, when i saw the first screenshot for the game everyone was: is like soul calibur, is not innovated, i want a traditional castlevania, only bad things about the game without even saying: i'll give it a try, it looks interesting, it's innovated only few of these. For me as i say during the time the first screenshot was published to this day is a total buy for me i don't care im a fan of Castlevania and also a Fighting genre fan so for me is all good and i can't wait for the characters that they haven't announced yet.

If the game play is awesome, I don't see why it will be a horrible game, minus the 'love it or leave it' art style.

So did anyone preorder and get the Judgment cel from gamestop?  I wasn't sure if they give it to you when you preorder or when the game comes in.

I think that I once went in a couple days before the game came out I asked if I could get the bonus if I paid for it now in full, just in case they would have run out.  Or maybe I just thought that I'd try that, I can't remember...
