It's pretty easy especially at the beginning, because you keep your level. So I don't really understand that. But I found it impossible to pass the guillotines in prison island without getting hit.

Okay, I have a question. I'm playing as Albus and I'm at Tritis Pass (or what every the second mountain area is called). How do you get passed the frozen waterfall? As Shanoa you absorb that ice glyph, but Albus can't absorb glyphs. So how do you get through?

You can use the touch screen to teleport. Just touch the other side of the waterfall to get through. The game tells you in the beginning of Albus mode. You can abuse the teleportation to get through places faster, too.

I wouldn't say that about DoS. Somacula's is easily the most awesome thing about the entire Sorrow series.

Im at the Giant's Dwelling. This is my fave area so far. I was waiting for creepy mansion type levels. Please tell me there is more.

I am only about 30% into the game, and I hear people saying the last half of the game is where it shines. Wow, really?

Right on. I really like the FEEL of Giants Dwelling though. I really get that Super CVIV feel, and I feel like we haven't and that in a long time. OK back to Goliath.. ARGH!

Goliath is my favorite boss. Not only is he fun to fight, but he looks like Raoh and he has his own 100 Crack Fist of the North Star like Kenshiro(both of those characters are from Fist of the North Star in case anyone didn't know).

Well, its been a long time since I've been active here.
Anyway, I actually disappointed with the castle. Its really linear and the level design is horribly bland. the graphical work is awesome though.

I liked the first half of the game more actually. Overall its been great and it really echoes much of the previous Castlevanias in spirit particularly Simon's Quest.
