Holy Belmont Dracula crackers, I can't wait for E3. I'm been trying so hard not to get hyped about this game but after reading that impression and seeing the interview with all the pictures...I seriously hope they remix Mad Forest for the forest, I'll admit it. XD I'm excited to hear Death is present, I wonder if he'll talk? Gah, I wish E3 was this month or even in May instead of June.

But since there will be a playable demo, we'll probably get lots of videos and hopefully, a release date.

I'm so hype, this completely made my day. LOL.

that castle looks sssoooo awesome.
it has everythign from dark ambience to elegant pictures it looks so cool. Cox is doing a great job with the castle

...I don't know what's wrong with me. These screens are very high-quality, and there's a good amount of positive updates on the game (though also a lot of vagueness/rehash of older info)...Still, something's not syncing up in my mind's eye. Because mental pictures are vague, I can't say *what* it is, but so far, as good as this looks, it doesn't look like the 3D Castlevania I've had in my head for the last 11 or so years. These screens are intriguing with their details, but don't feel entirely cohesive. I feel a lukewarm reaction, which I can't explain. I think it is partially to do with the way this game's press has been handled, with title reveal here, pic reveal here, rehash trailer there...It hasn't punched me in the face like 'Metroid: Other M's' initial press did.

judgeing by Cox's words i'm willing to bet Zobek will be playable one way or another

I'm guessing Zobek is simply using Gabriel to collect the masks, leading him to believe he's gathering the God Mask but he's getting the Devil Mask instead. At the climax, Zobek will steal the pieces & form it to become Dracula!
