I'm dissapointed that they disregarded the level layout and music of castlevania adventure. This game should have a different name.

I really just interested to see how they did turning it into a fighting game. I am not sure how I feel about them re-designing every character though....

I wasn't too upset with the new character art. I think they still generally captured the spirit of each character.

I agree with that except for with Grant and Maria, other than that I'm fine with it.

As for Adventure Rebirth, there's still no US release for this yet is there?
What a horrible night to have a curse!

This is definitely a game I'm going to have to play. Even more so then the contra rebirth game. But it is unfortunate that it lacks some of the essentials that made it 'The adventure'.

Yeah, why call it Castlevania Adventure Rebirth when it resembles next to nothing of the original? Makes no sense.

Well Rebirth isn't the same as Remake. I think they just used Castlevania Adventure as the Rebirth title is because of the music and the protagonist

I take offense at them calling the graphics "revamped" since there isn't a single pixel in that game that can be recognized as having been based of anything in the original, douche bags. I hate it when advertisement departments make shit up just to make it sound good.

Bored of waiting, playing by alternative means =DDD It's a cool game, I'm playing it in Hard Mode! Apparently the game is a cross collab between more than one company, and IGA serves as the producer. More impressions later =P

Screw it, I just bought myself a Japanese Wii points card and I'm going to buy it on my JP Wii. NVM the rest, I got it to work. Just have to wait for the card. :)

You could always just wait.

Why should I? I have the system and money to burn on the points card to get the game the legal way, so why wait?

sound track for Castlevania: The Adventure and Gradius ReBirth is at Konami Style now:

http://www.konamistyle.jp/ecitem/item62572.html

i'm really disappointed there's no new art on the cover.  hope that's not the final product or that they at least add some new art on the inside of the sleeves.  i'm a little irritated the game doesn't seem to feature any new Christopher art and was hoping the OST would make up for that.
