The Konami Code on Facebook

Somehow, this actually works.  If you put in a variation of the old Konami Code on a Facebook page, lens flare effects will appear on your screen.  You need to push up,  up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, enter key, then right click. Then press up then down.  The only way to stop it is to log off or reload the page.

Just thought this was kinda cool.  I dunno how many of you have a facebook page, but this is cool enough to try.  Not because irritating circles blocking your view is cool, but because it's the Konami Code in mainstream culture.

Right clicking isn't necessary. After inputting the code and pressing enter, the flares will show up anytime you scroll the page or click on it.

Anyways, thanks for pointing this out. Nifty.

This forum should be on that list too!!! What do you guys think should happen when you enter the code?

A picture of Simon whipping the screen?
A picture of Alucard turning into a bat?

If we enter the Konami Code here, I would have The Greatest Five attack on the screen. From Portrait of Ruin you know.

If you don't know, check this vid, couse the use it on every enemy in it..
