Subweapons:

Knife
Axe
Bible
Holy Water
Ricochet Rock

Opinion: Johnathan still has Richter Beat in DPS/versatility for Subweapons.

Equipement: Same as John/Julius

RB:
This is where Richter becomes a force to be reckoned with. His RB is Spin Kick, which does a small amount of damage. However, you know how most Johns use Upper Cut + Whip? Yeah, Richter can do this in the air after that. I don't have him leveled up, but I can easily see him doing 300 damage every time, possibly more. The other utility use from his Spin Kick is the extra range. I've covered some surprising gaps with it.

Found Tackle in a Chapter 4 Normal Purple Chest.
Chapter 2 has Slide Kick,
and Chapter 3 has Somersault.
Backflip on CH 3 Normal, Purple Chest (Oddly, he doesn't actually backflip.)

I was thinking of downloading the premium theme for this game and I noticed Richter and Maria are for sale when you view all Castlevania content in the Marketplace. Just passing along info since when you view the Marketplaces' newest add-ons they aren't there. When did they sneak the other 2 characters in there?

Quote
Okay, Maria may be my new favorite character. Love the spells. And Bai Hu could very well be one of the cutest things I've ever seen in a video game.

"LITTLE TIGER CUBS- ATAAAAAAAAACK!!!1"

Quote
Also, Maria doesn't even need to crouch to fit under some stuff, like the center bell in Chapter 1's bell room. Neat, eh?

Quote
Well, Maria wins.

Hymn might be a nightmare to level, have to look into that more, but she is a tiny little ball of cuteness and death. Speech options are fun too.
Hymn levels at a normal speed if you backdash cancel it after she starts the second note.
The dragon one (Qing Long), on the other hand...

not sure on what Richter has, but Maria is practically a tank. Her spells leveled are very deadly.

Surprise Surprise!   ;D

I've also noticed that you can chain a double jump, Spin Kick, and mid-air Tackle to execute a fairly respectable long jump. I haven't tried it in Chapter 1, so I'm not sure how many practical applications it's going to have. Cool, though.

Very interesting

Richter was begging to happen, he had all the sprites ready to go from the very beginning. Can't wait to see his high res artwork.

Does Simon's theme being released mean we might see Simon too?

Richter looks awesome, I love that they finally used some of those sprites and gave him more badass moves.

Now it just needs to come to PSN...
What a horrible night to have a curse!

I never really liked the way PoR tried to use the extra Richter sprites. Too bad HoDespair tends to follow after it. It makes him look really really floaty.

Richter has pallete of "Cristopher" form CVA ReBirth?
Was it neccesary to make it totally obvious? Oh well...Not surprised.
Otherwise Richter have capabilities of Neo. Only without flying.

If this is supposed to be a multiplayer game, isn't Richter a little over powered?

Maybe they will nerf Richter in Super Harmony of Dispair.
