I don't think it really matters if the text is in Japanese. I almost always play the Japanese version of SCV4 for instance.

Yeah it looks like Nathan Graves is the hero in that hack.
Reminds me of the Ky-Ra hack of Castlevania Legends where Sonia and all of the enemies are redesigned (and improved).

This game doesn't have menus, it's old school game play and the only text it has, is the title screen. All you need to play it, is an emulator and the rom!!! You can search on google for the emulator and for the rom, i can send it to you, me. Harrycombs, check your pm inbox!!!
