Well, I finally got the entire score.  Yes, most of it is filler, and it's difficult to tell the difference between some tracks.  BUT, there's a lot of good on here too.

Track 125 (Crow Witch opening stage music) is easily my favorite, as well as tracks 23-25 (Castle Sewer).  There are also several tracks which I believe to be the menu music, which I like a lot.  Anyhoo, if you've played and loved LoS as much as I did, this is definitely worth the small amount of hassle it takes to get and convert to mp3 (WTF is .ogg?).

Regarding FF Shrine:

Avoid the site. Spyware and malicious junk. Even without that, the site's still shit.

The forum is groovy. Gotten a lot of good soundtracks, but unfortunately a lot of dipsticks offer game rips for download and call them OSTs instead of what they are: game rips.

In theory, it's impossible, because OGG isn't compressed, unlike mp3. Try Format Factory and put mp3 to 320kps, you'll have pretty good quality.
