Came to reitterate what others have said about size and detail.
Suggestions:
1) Make sure you get an artist that actually knows how to draw, meaning get a real artist. Before you allow someone to ink you, ask to see their portfolio. For what you want, you'll want someone is can draw something like that themselves if necessary. Also, have them remove the fluffy things on her calves, as they would not translate into a good tattoo design. SKIN DOESN'T WORK LIKE PAPER!
2) You get what you pay for. If some guy offers to do it for $100, or some other cheap price, run away (literally).
3) The bigger the better as far as detail is concerned.
4) Can't stress this enough. GET A REAL ARTIST, so some quasi artist who's learned how to trace a line.
If done right, that pic would certainly make a cool tat.
