I agree here too. I got really pissed off when I downloaded Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. It's looks like total shit. You can only have smoothed out horrible ugly graphics. And yeah, I hopefully Guardian Heroes and Radiant aren't tooo 'refined'. It's cool if they have several degrees of options. Maybe, original, smoothed edges, and then super smoothed. Or however you'd call it. Though for 2D games, I always prefer Original.
I thought Neo Geo battle Coliseum on the Xbox looked miles better than the PS2 version personally, that one kinda looked rough around the edges(and I hated the original artwork, yes the new art is generic but i like it way better).

Anyway, can't wait for Guardian Heroes. I had Bangai O Spirits on the Nintendo DS but it just didn't really do it for me, but this new one looks pretty good but I think i'm gunna try before I buy.

It's cool, we all have different taste in graphics. I don't mind the rough edge look at all. To me the smoothed out graphics just look weird and somethings just not right about them to my eyes. Sad that they didn't give an option to have original graphics or smoothed, like most all other releases of this sort. I'm pretty sure all the other 2D older games I've downloaded on Live Arcade have the option. I really like the Demo of Bangai-O. I miss the weird goofy characters from the Dreamcast Bangai-O though. As well as the graphical style. I'll just have to buy the game soon as I got an extra ten spot. I'm sure it get's even better.

Sega officially asks if you want Guardian Heroes on PSN too.

they needed to make a poll for the obvious demand?  ;D
