Actually i'm working on Castlevania 1999 war fan game so please tell me your opinion of the main menu design

Ooh. That looks pretty nice. And I like the usage of HD's Julius art. The "1999 War" part should be a different color, or at least have some sort of effect to make it more visible.

I suggest calling the game "Castlevania: Demon Castle Wars" or something.

This might be a bit harsh sounding, but good critique usually is.

Where's the CV logo from? I like it.
*Overall it looks rather haphazardly slapped together because everything has a different style. It needs better composition, too.
*The 'New game' font  looks out of place, and it generally looks better to either use all caps, all lowercase, or cap both words.
*Can barely see '1999 War'.
*Needs a better title. 'Castlevania: 1999 War' is bland and uninteresting.

The best part of this so far is the logo.
If you concentrate on working around that logo and complimenting it this could come out awesome.
I look forward to seeing the next version.

Oh yeah, TBH, here's what your Julius will look like. No outline and color edited. I might add gloves to make it resemble his HD artwork, which you're using.

I have one reservation about that artwork. Shouldn't Julius look... younger? The game does take place 36 years earlier. That's a big gap.

I imagine Julius rather than having a full beard, he has a scruff kinda like Gabriel or Solid Snake in MGS2. But that's just me. It'd be pretty cool to get your own art done for this game. I can draw, but I can't scan it since I'm technologically-retarded and I don't know how to hook up my scanner. :3

One more suggestion. I love the new font, but maybe give it a thin black outline so it doesn't blend into the background as much.

The new menu looks pretty nice. You should take a gold outline similar to the one on the Castlevania logo and put it around the "Demon Castle Wars" part. And yeah, the thin black outline could go around the rest of the next. It'll really make it pop out there.
