@Maedhros On Uncharted, True, but it also shows how some developers have no clue on how to implement new things where it functional and not a pain to use.
On Dragon's Crown, Yes it IS a New IP, But this Falls Under the whole Multiplatform thing, The Exclusive IPs Allow the Vita to Shine By Itself
Reason to that, I REALLY Hate the PS3 Porting, I don't see any point in it because most people are just gonna get the console version anyways and Its pretty much Sayng that you have to fork over $100+ in Buying the Same Game Twice just to get the "Full Effect"

@X
I'm pretty Sure it Does have TV Out, with the right Cable that is....
We don't know if people will get the console version. I see most of people wanting Vita version of Dragon's Crow, for one. It really depends of the game and the person at all. I know I'll not buy the PS3 version of these games at all, because I prefer portability. Also, the controls on Vita can ensure things that the PS3 can't do at all. There's no way to know if this strategy will not work this time, the PSP and Vita are totally different beasts, with different inputs and features.

There's a market for people who wants console ports, if there wasn't, PSP wouldn't have outselled DS first in the west, when it was launched (people forget this fast and conveniently). The problem was the lack of proper controls/dual analog gamimg for games like Resistance and other that have appeal with western market, because of these, most of the west forgot the PSP.

In Japan, this problem don't even exist, since people prefer gaming in portables there for most of the part.

Also, there are games that are coming integrated with the Vita version in one package, I'm sure. Ruin is the first one, but I can see packages of $60~80 for PS3+Vita versions incoming.

And there's no tv out or tv out cable disponible.

that's very true on the U.S. and Japan being two completely different Markets
In Japan, The Xbox360 doesn't sell, however the U.S. Sells the Xbox360 too much (most of the sales are replacements)

That's a really good, informative interview. Love how Yoshida doesn't jump around the questions and actually answers truthfully, even admitting to mistakes. Also, when asked about Nintendo, he doesn't start bashing the competition like some interviewees tend to do.

I believe the Handhelds Have to co-exist, this isn't a console war when the majority of the games out there are on both systems.
The DS and PSP always had something to go back to and I can't determine which was better of the two without making them even.
The 3DS and PSV are the same case, with only 2 games in common (MGS3 and maybe Monster Hunter 3) They will both be very different from each other.
But the one thing that is more effective than anything is advertisement.
If God of War 3 Sold that much, it was all advertisement (GoW3 was a complete crock of shit with polished graphics), Whilst Infamous (fucking superior) is relatively in the shadows.
In the Vita's Cause, Uncharted, a Series where the Story is more important and remebered than the gameplay is a very unwise choice to flagship.
oh, the 3DS has a problem too, Where the hell is Kid Icarus? that was the FIRST 3DS title I've seen before it's release.

Both are sprting very good titles, It really sucks that they are in the awkward state of ports and remakes for the sake of sales since give or take 10 original titles aren't enough to sell the handheld alone to a wide audience.

Since the 3DS has those guaranteed titles, and Smash Bros 4 (along with wii U) plus great new ones coming soon I'm sold
Vita has Bioshock and Ys, LBP, Like the PSP, its gonna need a few more titles, but Its still gonna be a buy.

Note: SHAME on you Square-Enix, Pikmin for the Vita? C'mon! you guys are supposed to make Good Handheld games!

Army Corps of Hell looks interesting, I would try it. I'll probably get it somewhere, not on launch though.

Sumioni looks like it plays almost like a 2D Okami. Hope this get brought over here.

Gravity Daze looks good as well. The gravity controlling aspect, if done well, might be really neat.

Ragnarok Odyssey is looking to be a nice game too. I'm interested because it's from Gamearts, and they created one of the RPGs I like the most: Grandia.

It's Gamearts?! Really?!?!? My username comes from my favorite video game series, Lunar....also made by Gamearts. That does look pretty awesome. I'll have to keep an eye on that.

I would kill for another Okami game.....
Impressively, unlike it console counterpart, all those games run at 60fps!

Love Lunar too.

Yes, it's from Gamearts (Gungho bought them, that's why we almost don't see games from the series anymore... =[ ). That's mainly why I'm interested.
