While surfing the net I did stumble onto an image of a Japanese woman who looked like she was 14 or 15 but in reality she is in her early 30's. I was taken aback and immediately my thoughts drifted to this very topic. However at the time I didn't put the image up and now I don't even know where to locate it again just so you all can see it.
