I had to eat over 10 snickers bars to finally take that guy down. I was bouncing off the walls. P.S. I'm not a fatty.

I remember the first time I beat that son of a gun.

I spent several hours trying to figure out a good strategy. I hate how he will sometimes teleport right on top of you. It's sometimes impossible to get out of the way in time.

Eventually I memorized him enough to be able to get to his second phase, where I went all-out with my arsenal of crosses. It took several more tries, but when I finally got it down, I screamed in joy. "YES!! YES!!"

I think this video should give a good idea of how I reacted to my victory.

WINNER!!!

None.
But I think I eat supper before fighting with Reaper.
I'll tell more about my first Castlevania walkthrough later.

I don't get the correlation between eating candy and beating Dracula.

Simon ate about 15 heart candies so he could spam the second form with holy water.

I don't think I beat the first game until I was 23 or so. It was only a rental as a kid (where I think the farthest I made it was to the Mummies), and then as a teenager, a friend of mine had a copy of it with an NES in her basement (never made it past Frankenstein's monster and Igor). Never owned a copy until LoI made me get heavily into the series as an adult.
It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.

I ate a burger when I beat Dracula in Vampire Killer.

True story.
