I have always wondered how the cv series do in sales and this is the closest idea I have to it and yes it is from vgchartz so to put this bluntly I do not need a "oh it's vgc their unreliable" stuff, but rather how the series can reach that 1million mark or if you thought that one game did better than an other or did better than excpeted. There are some interesting things in here so everyone have at you. (Note I know that circle of the moon should be the second best selling title I hear that was million deal)

Taking a wild guess would be more accurate than VG Charts. You can't rely on their numbers at all.

VGChartz also shows Sonic Colors outselling Lords.

Quite honestly, they guess unless companies like Activision and EA release sales figures.

How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

No, he's not posting Lords' sales figures. The chart shows SotN as the highest-selling, followed by Lament. While I'd say Lament was probably very profitable (even if it was quickly consigned to the bargain bin afterwards), SotN was said to not have sold very well despite its critical reception. I'm also leery that DXC sold more than any of the DS games. That doesn't seem quite right. I was using Lords vs. Sonic Colors DS as an example that VGChartz is reliable for nothing. Unless a developer actually releases the sales figures, VGChartz will simply guess.

Well that made me smile a bit, but I want to make this clear that there is at least more info on the sales of cv now and yes vgc is kind of unreliable but there is something to it for instance I do not see sales figures for the japanese version of lament but I do know that when it came out it was in the top six with about 50,000 copies do not believe me well here  http://www.cubed3.com/news/1525 think of it like this it's sales are simliar to other m maybe a bit better the point is to get an idea of cv's sales overall and this site gives me a good guess

VGchartz is ridiculous. That's it.

We can't even produce a discussion using that site as basis. Forget it.
