Heh, fetch quests seem to be ingrained into these types of games. PoR took it to a whole new and somewhat unnecessary level. Sure, it may have kept in line with IGA's mantra of increasing playtime to make the money spent worthwhile, but grabbing New York Steaks, pressing up at randomly placed landmarks, and running back and forth stabbing 1500 enemies with the same subweapon wasn't the best way to approach that methinks.
There is something a little demeaning when you have filler fetch-quest crap like making your burly vampire hunter see how many different daisies he can pick.
