Normally I don't give the time of day to most social games, much less those for a platform I don't have, but this one has intrigued me in it's premise.

I'm sure a lot of Final Fantasy romhackers will be interested in the new sprites for the generic jobs and for the post Final Fantasy VI main characters such as Squall, Tidus & Lightning.

The battles are fought in the classic Active Time Battle style but the attacks are streamlined, multiple characters can attack at once or consecutively.
Can anyone elaborate more on this?
Also, didn't know Squeenix would come up with such an obvious pun title.

It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

Hmmm. Seems like there's a bit too much going on in there for my taste. It looks more like an Arena/hack & slash game rather then a traditional FF game.

PSA: Don't Buy Final Fantasy - All the Bravest
See Square spelunking to new depths as IGN has a rare bout of honesty. Wait 90 minutes for my party to re-spawn OR pay money to restart now, on a game I already bought? Pay money for a special character but "lol it's randomized"? Noooo thanks.

Damn. I can't even finish watching that. And I thought Rockman XOver was mindless. At least there you get to jump 'n shoot.

I still think the premise of having a big ass group of characters is an interesting one. This, however, is the very definition of a missed opportunity. With at least the very minimum of decision making added to this, for example having the characters use different abilities depending on the order in which they are chosen, would make this far more interesting.

I wholeheartedly believe the fan community could make a better version of this.

Watching this game brings to mind AVGN's review of Winter Games: You tap buttons.

I was looking forward to playing a retro FF title, but it seems it only received negative feedback around the globe.
Now I don't know what to do, if buy it or not...
Now I'm tired, eternally walking... forever dying, and never stopping. I feel in sorrow, all I see is white. I’m following a blind way beneath a sad sky.
