...... None of those games are Nintendo's properties nor were they ever Sony's. They are third party. They can't just go after a game that was on their platform, not in the sense that it's their copyright, because they would have no case. All the ones you mentioned, afaik, are third party.
Nintendo's intellectual property are Mario, Zelda, Metroid (I think), Donkey Kong, etc. Probably more, or even a great deal more, but I don't play a lot of Nintendo's games.
Being on a platform doesn't make it theirs... if that was the case, Microsoft has got a HUGE list, given how many games were made for Windows.
