Going off rabid Dark Souls fan speculah, Rhea was actually kidnapped and dragged to crystal jail. You know those Balder Knights that conveniently hang out like 10 feet away from her in the chapel? Yeah, it may have been those guys.Rhea presumably went Hollow when she found out she was the next one in line for Seath's bizarre biology experiments. The squid-ladies that try to escape from the jail are human maidens that Seath injected mutagenic dragon goo into, and Rhea was probably going to turn into one of those. Seath gets a little lonely down in the crystal caves and he's been trying to create the perfect dragon-lady, possibly to be his mate. The squids are failed test subjects. One of the item descriptions (it's for one of the cell keys iirc) actually explains the "failed experiments" part, and there are a couple of non-hostile squids that will start crying in women's voices if you let them live.Or at least that's what GameFAQs told me.
Well how you expect it to look?
how the fuck are you guys playin it already? Are hacked 360s and ps3s just that common place now?
Well how you expect it to look? Like some kind of Care Bears land? These games actually look better in the dark/night, than daytime (though in Dark Souls 1, Anor Londo does look amazing when there's sunlight, but it does look amazing and atmospheric in the dark too.) I think too much color and brightness would just make the places look too safe and regular.
