There's not going to be a new Castlevania announced at E3 unfortunately.

If we are lucky in the future we will get a brand new 2D (not 2.5D- looking at you Mirror of Fate) one for psn or something.

However, I think if it's not Nintendo doing it we aren't getting anymore 2D Castlevania's.

We can only wait till IGA releases his new KickStarter projects.

There's nothing wrong with 2.5D in my opinion. It's just that MoF's gameplay was sloppy. Case in point really, is DXC. Played fantastic, looked great.

My realistic predictions for anything Castlevania-related to be announced at E3:

• New LoS2 DLC
• As was mentioned already, ports to XBone and PS4

As far as I'm concerned based on Konami's recent "reveals" related to Castlevania, there's a 00.1% chance of them announcing anything new that isn't tied to the Lords of Shadow 2 game. They will milk that cow until it's dead, rather than invest in something brand new and untested. Especially with Igarashi gone. I will be beyond shocked if it's anything different.

They're putting all of their eggs into the MGS5 basket.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2: Dragon Edition for the XB1, PS4 and PC. Port being done by Climax Sutdios, includes the DLC Revelations and some new extra content never before scene on previous versions. It will be slated for a Fall 2014 release.
