Absurd Joke Difficulty Levels

So I just recently came across this:
Reactivate Majestical Imperial Absurdly Extra Mode Playthrough + Download Link
Apparently this was supposed to be an intentionally impossible joke difficulty level for people to go "lolwtf" at, and yet someone who must have transcended humanity still managed to beat it.

Anyway, any other instances of intentionally absurd joke difficulty levels that you know of? Other than that, I know of Daniel Remar's "Reallyjoel's Dad" running gag.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.
^^
You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

I don't know...but perhaps these count?

The first set of "Asshole Mario" stages (the link is only to level one...the other dozen-ish levels I'm sure can easily be found from there).  Found them awhile ago, and found them entertaining to watch.  I don't see anything that indicates it being a TA run, but I didn't dig much either.  TA or not, they were amusing.  Level 10 is probably my favorite.

The second set of "Asshole Mario" stages.  (Again, link to level one and other levels can be found easily.)

I've also recently been told of the "Item Abuse" levels (Super Mario World), but the one I saw looked like the level would be impossible without being TA.  At least with Asshole Mario, (with infinite lives, and near infinite time and patience!) the levels are reasonable and can probably be done without the assist.  Maybe the Item Abuse ones can too...but it didn't look that way to me.
