I'm older than all of you. I was in my negative years when the game came out. P:

happy Birthday SoTN
The game which I still find new ways to play even after beating it 100+ times already, with and without cheats, though the Talisman 999 Luck run was most broken.

I was a 17-year-old punk when this game came out, and I'm a 34-year-old punk now.

This game totally justified the original Playstation console for me (other games were fun, but nowhere near as good). And I didn't even know about the inverted castle back then!
It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.

I first played this emulated on my laptop.

then I bought the 360 port

and just the other day, I managed to snag a "like new" used copy for 30 bucks.
Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

Congrats! That's a good purchase. :)
I'm assuming it's the NA version, right?

It was my second CV game, the first being Dracula X for SNES. When I saw a guy wearing blue in the prologue I was almost certain that I had already played a game in the series, but only some years later with the internet becoming popular that I've discovered that I was right.

I remember that I liked to buy Joseph's Cloak and paint it blue to be like Richter lol

Happy birthday SotN, happy birthday Castlevania and I wish that a bright future awaits you and your sucessors! ;D

I always did this too. But I didn't pretend to be Richter. Instead I made the Joseph's clock white, armed him with the Lunar rod weapon and pretended Alucard was Kunzite (Malachite) from Sailor Moon  ;D

Yes, you heard right. Deal.
