well here's the latest news .  at least the PC version shouldnt be censored.  Well maybe ESRB will be more flexible.    there's nothing wrong with nudity nor consensual sex.   it's crazy how dysfunctional government and society morality is towards violence and sex in videogames.  any level of uncensored graphic violence (MKX) is accepted, and even praised, but not nudity and sex?   even movies get away with a lot more than videogames do.   and there are other games with nudity and even sex, so F13th shouldn't get an AO rating for it.   and stores and stuff should allow AO rated games in the first place.   society and company ethics have to grow up and be mature about these things which are most natural.

It's fucking ridiculous. We all remember GTA hot coffee. It stems from  society, for some reason, still beliveing games are for children and ignore that 1. MILLIONS of adults game, more than children, and 2. Games have evolved to a true artform and can tell stories better than films. If it does get an AO, the console versions will cut the scenes as MS and Sony don't allow AO games on their consoles, which is fucking stupid- it's an adult's choice to buy a game, and if a kid gets an AO game, where are/were the caretakers?

yes videogame industry is above and beyond movies and other mediums on the whole planet as an artform and entertainment source, yet its companies and leaders have yet to be mature and think like adults about things.     meanwhile, the film industry allows porn, sex, nudity, even TV shows like Game of Thrones has rape, nudity, and more.   

glorifying violence and censoring/banning consensual sex is really backwards in the industry overall. when society wise, one is illegal, and the other is legal.   and it's not like these "kids" are 16 year olds.  there are at least 18 and up.

Could be really impressive.  I like the multiplayer concept, though I think the mainstream who are used to more fast paced instant gratification games are gonna misinterpret its demographics, and may not like the idea of some OP slasher making them run and hide with little safe options to fight back.

Though I think it could get a following, especially being the only 7v1 survivor horror multiplayer game with the F13th brand, and the playable counselors look so awesome!  and there's more to reveal.

Im in the beta but I havent decided yet if I actually want to play in it. I have the cabin demo and it _wrecks_ my pc. I mean sure that was a few months ago but I dunno if its unoptimized or what but damn. I mean 2-3 fps wrecked

I mean, it's virtually THE SAME DAMN THING. Is there a even real difference between 17+ and 18+? Come on, grow up, America.

Exactly, the industry has yet to grow up.  this sort of thing is watched by millions of children, teens and adults on all sorts of popular tv shows and movies. 
the ESRB shouldn't even give games ratings, and stores are actually making less money not advocating for AO rated games.    all adult content is part of reality and censorship has no effect on reality.  the reality still exists behind whatever mask they put in front of it, so it's dumb lying to the masses that these things aren't a part of human nature, especially everything sexual related.
