"The Boss fights will also frustrate you as you'll usually defeat them only after learning their patterns and there are confusing environmental puzzles that have no clear solution."

This has to be one of the dumbest criticisms I've ever read in a video game review. The point of boss battles, hell, even lesser enemy battles is to learn, and therefore exploit, their attack patterns. It's called strategy.

Also, your pics are broken, Kamirine. Thanks for the info on the preorder bonus. :)

Two of those shots are new... and I must say, WOW. Definitely looking forward to the village.

Here, I'll try this:

Village:

Forest:

I think this is an old picture but it might be a stage that GoNintendo.com was talking about, which is linear and more like the older CV games stages.

Hopefully they're visible now.  :)

That looks amazing! I love the map for the village and I like how the map looks to be accurate to what you're actually playing on. The story is really going to have to suck to put any kind of a damper on this game, and some how, I doubt it will
What a horrible night to have a curse!

They updated the site again, this time with a new song.  It's the boss theme that you hear when your fighting the crab boss.

Though I do wonder, that glowing red sword Shanoa holds on the cover on the game and that's used on the back cover, if it's important. (Could that be Dominus?) I just *assumed* that Dominus might be the whip glyph that was asked about and IGA skirted around the answer to.
I guess I've assumed from the start that the Dominus glyph is a variation on Soma's power of Dominance, i.e. it allows you to steal the soul of an enemy.  That would explain why it's so important, and why Albus (or whatever his name is) steals it at the start.  On the other hand, Dominus is simple Latin for "Lord," so who knows?

Well apparently Albus just gives Shanoa a piece of the Dominus Glyph upon their first meeting willingly but no reason why is given yet.

So I guess this particular glyph can be broken up.  Maybe it's not a weapon at all, but an actual power of sort.

Each time i hear someone complaining about the puzzles or enemies and bosses fights difficulty for this game, it only makes me more excited!!

Also about the new music sample, i don't find it stupid. Actually if it is from the battle with the crab, it fit's perfectly!!

That would explain one of IGN's videos. It shows a glyph called Dominus Anger. Maybe there's a Dominus for several emotions (Joy, Sorrow, and maybe..I dunno, regret?)
