Awesome.  Classic controller FTW!

And if there are unlock able characters (that have yet to be released) I too wonder who they are.

I just gotten the game. I find it fun to play. So far I've been using Grant a lot and he's cool to use. Stages have no specific music, they play character themes instead. Like if you're facing Simon; Vampire Killer will be playing, against Trevor; The Beginning, against Golem; Tower of Dolls, and so on.

You can also use Wii Remote + Nunchuk, Classic Controller, or the GCN controller.
Really if that is so since there are 26 tracks on the OST does that mean there are more then 14 characters? Sure hope there are secret characters but I love what I have seen from the gameplay videoes and trailers of it and can't wait till I get it.

Where does anyone claim 26 tracks? In any event, there are only 14 characters according to the review.

And there obviously need to be more than just character tracks in an OST.

Also regarding alternate costumes, I've read that quote, and it seems like it could very well be simple palette swaps, and that is probably what it will be. :<

That is correct. Palatte swaps and accesoires like different hats for Mariamaria-chan for example.

Palette swaps are the only alternate costumes?

From how you are phrasing your words, it would seem you haven't actually played the game.

Classic controller ftw! So far the game is pretty fun, im enjoying it and yes, it was cool to see Shanoa will some of her glyph moves. She is a great character is this game, so is Eric.

*sigh* Gamestop didn't have the game today, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow. At least I leave early from school tomorrow. :)

In any event, there are only 14 characters according to the review.

What review are you referring to? Cause the IGN mentions 11 characters, and then goes on to say this;

"..and a few others we'll leave a secret."

Maybe they're talking about the 3 remaining fighters? Though that would be strange cause they're no secrets, are they? Well, time will tell...

EDIT: Actually, they mention 12 characters, my bad. But the question still remains..

The ones that the review does not mention are already known.

One of them is Aeon, I can't remember which others they do not mention. Possibly Grant.

I recorded a couple of more videos for more on the other modes and color alts. I don't have much items for customizing characters though. I suggest watching the vids in high quality.

Good heavens this game is terrible. The 1up review is completely on target.

Random things of note:

-I really just want to shelve this until someone uploads a save game. I can't believe almost everyone is locked from the start!

-I unlocked Shanoa and Aeon with my Ecclesia save, along with a bunch of items. You have to unlock sound test tracks separately, it seems, which is annoying.

-Music is OK. Almost all remixes so far, but nothing too impressive. A bit on the anemic side, actually. I tried to see if I could rip the music from the disc, but that seems too complicated at the moment.

-Voice acting is terrible. So is the dialogue.

-Graphics are pretty bad. The models look good from a distance, but close up? Not so much. And why the hell doesn't this game run at 60 FPS?

I wish I could say I was disappointed, but I knew going in it would be bad, so I guess the best I can say is that it meets expectations.

OMG! YOU HAS TOO UNLOCK STUFFS! This is the most retarded compaint I've ever heard of about a game. By the way, there's no need to rage with the nitpicks.
