In arcade more, yes. But I want to have a reasonably lenghty single player story mode, so I hope there are more challenges than just beatnig 14 contestants. That's where NPCs come in handy, with some bosses outside of the 14 playable characters.

Cornell seems to be in a pissed off mood due to being taken right in the middle of his quest to save Ada and not being able to turn back into human form.

No, 14 isn't enough, Look at KoF 2000, had 30 or more. I think that 20 or 25 would be a nice amount for this game. Especially since there are enough CV characters to have that many.

Holy Cross is best Item Crash.

14 would be enough if the game has a ton of things to do. Otherwise, I might get bored of it the second day.

Considering the fact that this is, essentially, a new fighting game series, fourteen characters is by no means shabby. The original Fatal Fury, for instance, only had eleven characters, only three of which were playable. New series. The same goes for Street Fighter, although I believe that it only had one playable character.

I agree, the first installments of fighting games usually have the least amount of playable characters:

Street Fighter: 2(well, depending on P1 and P2)
Mortal Kombat: 7
Virtua Fighter: 8
Tekken: 8
Battle Arena Toshinden: 8
Soul Edge: 8
Power Stone: 8

The only two first games that had a large number of characters were King of Fighters(24) and upcoming Dissidia(20). But, KoF is team battling, hence it's natural the roster should be large. Dissidia, well, considering it was suposed to be a celebration for the entire FF series, and there ARE a lot of FF games, it's natural to they are going to add a lot of characters throughout the series.

So yeah, 14 IS a generous number.

I was going to state KoF as an example, but it borrowed fighters from the Fatal Fury games, so it doesn't really count in this example.

Whoa, Cornell and Grant look awesome!

Wait.. no. They look absolutely terrible.

Why the hell does cornell wear all that armor bullshit and have giant metal claws?

I won't even say anything about grant...

I'm going to play the game, I just think it might be a little hard with my eyes bleeding the entire time.

Trevor looks kind of cool though.

I've heard some rumors that there will be some character customization in Judgement. You can customize from head to toe. Also, it is said that there are 4 default costumes..."some of which castlevania fans should appreciate"

I don't know where this guy got his info from but he's not one to lie when it comes to fighting games.

Here's the link: http://www.fightersgeneration.com/main.htm

I cannot link to the exact page but you can find a link to the info on the front page here.

I assume he got the info from IGN's hands on.

Does this mean we will be able to change their actual appearance? Or change their stats like most games?
