I thought the game was called something like Castlevania: Stage of the Prophet (or possibly Waltz of the Prophet). Time will tell.

I was watchn this on youtube and someone translated the picture words in a post, not sure if any one else did yet but here they are
1st -He wears with him a jet black darkness and a cursed blood line,
2nd- He betrayed his kind and destroyed his Father
3rd-And with him is a blood stained fate
4th-PS3/Xbox360 Devil Castle Dracula
So yea, looks like Alucard  might be evil in this one.

i wonder, could the red glowing sword symbolize something more than a random weapon.

i mean, what if there'd be a plot point where he gets consumed by his vampiric half's lust for blood (like how soma's consumed by hatred and darkness after the other half of his soul finishes rejoining him if you die to final boss in aos).

even if it was just temporary, with alucard regaining his senses once he's defeated at one point it could work i suppose, and if it's a sotn sequel it'd continue sotn's idea of "hero of previous game is a villain here."

I've seen people attempt to translate the trailer, but I have a complete translation that has something at the end, that the other translations don't have:

1st on screen text:
"He wears with him a jet black darkness and a cursed bloodline"

2nd on screen text:
"He betrayed his kind and destroyed his father"

3nd on screen text:
"And with him, is a bloodstained fate"

4th on screen text:
"PS3 Xbox360 Devil Castle Dracula"

Jeremy Parish of 1up.com said he knows a reliable source that Iga pitched two ideas to Konami either a 2d hi res castlevania game for 360/ps3..

Or a Sequel to Symphony Of the Night in the vein of the 3d zelda games.

Its prolly going to detail why the belmonts discarded the whip...he says.

What does "in the vein of 3D Zelda games" mean?  I haven't played them, but to me that sounds ike "in the vein on the Castlevania Nintendo 64 games".  What's the difference?  Castlevania 64 with more role playing elements?
