The game is for 360 too, there's no need to buy a PS3

I hope the artist from the radio drama will also do the art for this game.

I think you are right.  The Radio Drama seems to be the prequel to this game the way the manga was the prequel to CoD.

Oh man, I hope it's a 3D remake of Symphony!
But I doubt that it will be

Is it possible its from Lords of Shadow?
Also doubtful.

Regarless, it looks awesome and I can't wait to see more and more info
What a horrible night to have a curse!

you can't really see shit on that picture, so i tried to make it a bit more visible

the glowing red sword doesn't look like anything al ever used. if it's really him (well it certainly looks like it) it might be a sequel. perhaps a game form of that radio drama thing, where alucard supposedly goes evil.

Quote
Im tired of his old costume.
when the alternative is something as lame and faggy as judgement, the old costume is better. at least it's consistent with the previous design unlike judgement which has joachim cosplaying as alucard. :D

Wow. Look how dark that image is. Is Alucard a black person or what? (Not that I have anything against black people). And what is up with that stupid looking sword? It looks just like Isaac's from Curse of Darkness. Can't they do anything original? Holy shit this game is going to suck big fat testical sticks. Alucard with his old costume? God. I'm sick of seeing this fag, why not bring out someone new for once? I fucking hate Castlevania now. This game sucks. I'm not buying it.

Ignoring what I wrote above: I really like what I see.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow sucks
DmC: Devil may Cry is the equivalent of trailer trash

HOly crap, I was right about the connection to the radio show! I only guessed, but considering what we know and how Alucard looks in that picture(most definately him), it IS likely taking place "then". This will likely explain WHY the Belmonts can't wield the VK whip. Pure awesomeness!

IGA must be pretty confident about this since it's a SoTN sequel and all.

This is the game I've been waiting for. Ecclessia will tide me over, Judgment isn't worth buying a Wii over, but if this truly is a sequel to Symphony, I will be in Vania fanboy heaven.

. . . Then again, for all we know so far, it could be another fighting game, which would make me sob bitter, bitter tears.
If I forgot "everything I knew about Castlevania" I certainly wouldn't be excited about a new one coming out now would I?

it'll be probably cod 2.0

why would iga develop two fighting games in a row for an action game, one with crappy designs done by a retarded monkey, another with what looks almost like sotn alucard?

I kinda hope it is the Radio Drama, I'd rather play the game than listen to it. Honestly, the Drama could just have been a marketing trick, so that parts are excluded from it, so people have to play it in order to get the whole story.

Why would he develop one?

I was being facetious.

I only hope that it will not be a 3D game.
Why not? There can be a very good 3D game. Why wouldn't it be 3D anyway?

if you develop two identical products, one that looks like shit, another which looks like gold, but they function the same, which one do you think people will go for, and which will be a financial disaster that could get the developer fired?

I only wish they would've waited atleast until Judgment & OoE were released to announce this project. I hate it when they rush & try to make as many CV games as possible.

Other than that, I'm fascinated to see how this turns out.
