Well, i was actually thinking cgi just like the newer games.  of course a live action wouldn't work.  cgi with a good storyline would be good enough for me.

i think it's alucard, i was looking at OoE at gamespot and i saw over the lower right of the navigation was a picture of 3D (looked like an action figure) Alucard and labeled near it is "SOTN 2" could there have been a reason that alucard be replaced by his own game? :D since that we can't afford PS3 or 360 i won't be able to play alucard :(

BTW,

any release dates on this?

While a SOTN sequel is likely, the lower right on Gamespot pages is usually for user submissions. And people make things up. A lot. So there's nothing official yet except for the teaser trailer.

well if that's so, i really believed it was alucard or it was just his action figure, seeing CV Judgement players looked more like action figures so what i so maybe wasn't really true, but really is there a reason for alucard to be replaced? :( or maybe they'll find one?

I really would like a movie like FF advent children based upon Symphony or Simon's Quest.

I completely agree with you there. A Castlevania movie shouldn't be cartoon OR.. uh.. un-cartoon XD It should be a 3D-modeled movie by Konami themselves. Never let another company do a movie based on a gameseries. They will so screw it up.

I agree! I'm not sure about other takes on the holiday(if you wanna call it that), but April Fools only lasts one day.

The joke was too cruel because we weere expecting announces from KGN, I HATE YOU!  :P Nah, the next year, try making it april 1 ;)

BTW, I'm too dissapointed, I just hope that there was an announcement but, like it was a closed-door event, press can't publish anything until a few weeks.

I know that Squaresoft made an similar event two years ago (or was it one?) and it was closed-door too, and the press was not allowed to publish any information in about 2 months, so, if it's similar this time (What is propbably true, because it's impossible that there are no news of ANYTHING about KGN, so suspicious)   and we had to wait 2 months for any information, there's nothing to worry about, because the E3 is in 2 months  :P
