Exactly. Even if a female Belmont marries a non-Belmont, both of her children, male and female both, will have Belmont blood. And if the female marries and changes her name, she is still BY BIRTH, a Belmont, and that Belmont blood is just passed down through her children. The blood is the same, the name is not. And name does not make blood.

I also have a ps3, so i'm going to have it for ps3. I don't think that there are going to be any differences btween ps3/xbox 360 versions. Curse of darkness ps2 and xbox, the only difference was the moai statue for ps2, that you were having from the start of the game, if you were having a clear data from Loi.

Well if I buy this game and I find out that Dracula sparkles in the day light I might just give up on a 3d Castlevania game, hell maybe even the series just because i hate twilight that much.

But in all honesty I think Kojima is professional enough to not let this influence him being Castlevania has been around for more then 20 years now and the vampires in its mythos have been grounded.

Then again Lords of Shadow is a re imagining.

Lets hope for the best.

The Belmont is already super manly, so I doubt that Dracula will be anything like Twilight.

Keep in mind that Kojima is just helping guide this game, it's up to Mercurysteam to do the heavy lifting, including the story specifics I assume.  So far, the trailers haven't alluded to anything as awful as Twilight-vania, so there's no reason to think they will start.

I honestly don't see why this would turn LoS into Twilightvania. People in general like many different things. I bet Shigeru Miyamoto is a fan of something too. Maybe he's really into.. dunno.. Spongebob Squarepants? Or maybe Michiru Yamane is a fan of Beyonce? Who knows? That doesn't mean their work is affected.

Having spoken to Hideo Kojima in person I truly believe that he wants to create new and original stuff, not being too inspired of what's already out there. That's the impression I got anyway.

So, Twilight is THAT bad huh? I was never interested to begin with, but I thought it was alright, or so I've heard (from a not-so-reliable source, but still..)

its safe to say tho, if LoS, which still am iffy about before twilight fandom came into play, if it does do terrible konami would just sweep it under the carpet and remove it from any timeline, so far im not looking foward to the game anyways, but been following it to see if they do anything decent, so far, it deviates to far from the series, if anything it might be a different timeline all together tho, but to bastardize designs that have been there for a long time is kind of alienating...i just dont know what to make of it
