I just hope the soundtrack doesn't suck. If they managed to butcher Vampire Killer or Simon's theme that would be pretty disappointing.

Non-fans aren't going to be buying the CE. I suggested the masks because they already exist, it'd be easy for them to mass-produce  as opposed to other items that may need more time.
Yes, they will, that's why they are called "Collector's edition" not "Fan's edition". Obviously we'll buy it anyway, but there's people out there that just like to spend more sometimes, for example, Alan Wake CE was actually sold out and they had to release the soundtrack in retail due to fan demand, and the so called "CE" had the artwork, the ST, a 118 page novel and a neat hard cover package... what was the hook?$80. And remember, AW was a new IP and had not so called "fans". It's a matter of tastes; If there's a game that's getting a reasonable priced CE with nice features (and LOS has a VERY big artbook, and the already acclaimed soundtrack) ,, sure why not?  :)

I'd rather them release a separate line of figures done by, say, Square Enix (those NECA figures could've turned out A LOT better IMO).

Amen.

Oh yeah, Olrox and Brauner are totally making me cringe. Nice to see they kept the translation error of Orlock = Olrox, too, yes.

Alright, lets just turn potentially cool and unique characters into generic duplicate designs. Ugh.

Aside from the slight screen tearing(Im pretty sure it looks way better in motion) and strange portrail of Olrox and Brauner, the screens look great.

The coffin creature, the headless burrowers and the scarecrow looks great. Hell, Malphas, FTW!!

But yeah, I echo what others have already done, Olrox and Brauner... urgh! Though, it might only be me, but I don't even really care that they opted to include Brauner into the fold. I mean, couldn't they have made up an original vampire or two? IGA does it all the time. Is Dracula going to have a vampire harem in this game, and are the three female vampires are going to be Stella, Loretta and Elizabeth Bartley? I like guest appearances, but try to create some new vampires. What's next, are we going to see Walter, Joachim and Gille de Rais appear?

IDK, the cannon-crazy type fan could explain that a bit: They were both in their primitive forms and later they "evolved",,, how did they survive? IDK, We don't know how every CV boss reappears in th later games  :P
-----
Yeah yeah yeah, it's not canon at all, but if we're not relating them to the old canon... why are we soo mad?... bah I'm talking just like affinity sorry heheh, but my level of excitement is ovr the clouds tonight

WOW...those screens look fantastic! These enemies look sinister and downright CREEPY! Just as they should!

As for Olrox & Brauner, sure they look very bestial and primitive here, but they both are very powerful so I assume they can take whatever form they want, similar to Dracula.
*I'm not a newbie...I had several hundred posts with this screenname on the old board*

Are they REALLY that powerful? I thought the beast-like ones were lower tier vampires, while the aristocrats were the powerful ones(the ones with multiple forms)? I thought the beast-like ones don't have multiple forms, and are only beast-like in appearance.
