BTW my little brother erased all my LoS data and I just started it again, kinda sad just before the DLC  

Sad?, Why?. I have erased my file 8 times to start a new walkthrough w/o upgrades (kinda boring play with all your skills even on Paladin) Sadly i have to do it on Knight coz it's not possible on Paladin... Ofcourse i moved my original file (my first and the one were i get the platinium) to my secondary acc and i just have to move it back to my main acc when i need it... Just enjoy playing it again and think is a little warm up to be ready for Reverie and Resurrection.

Been thinking of doing the same myself, but too lazy.  Will probably just erase the play-through I did with my wife's gamertag

Forgive me for asking a dumb question here, but do you have to have LoS finished (or at least a certain late save state) to play the DLC? Or will the DLC be like a totally separate game? Just curious cuz it would be nice to start the DLC with the same stats/abilities, etc. that I currently have.

The DLC begins right after the main game so you still got all your stuff.

Yea as Nagumo said you will retain all your abilities, etc. when you play the DLC, but my guess would be that you would also have to finish LOS, since the DLC will open two new chapters on the world map (presumably after the final battle).
