Do you have gamemaker? If you do import it as an animation and tell it the size of each frame and how many then youll have it all as separate frames then you can just do whatever you need done like savin em as individual or whatever

Neo Green (green biker dude) Is from 100% scratch. Delta's sprite is a heavy edit from X's sprite.

Dracula gone chibi.

It looks like he's some kind of weird noseless monster that has giant pinchers coming out of the side of his mouth.

There Zero. Made a nose for your anti-Krillin urges, even if it meant sacrificing style a little bit  :P

Something I did long ago. Pixel practice in revamping sprites.

First made the high color count one, then downgraded it to use the same colors as the 8-bit sprite. Made the pants into some sort of futuristic vest that merges boots and pants, and the gun is something of like an automatic rifle of the future.

Also, I can't help thinking that every time I post something I did on this thread I'm derailing it because "This is a Castlevania forum, thus this thread must go for Castlevania sprites"... Would it be better if we had a "Pixel Art Showcase" thread?
