someone mentioned it the other day and I finally got around to playin it last night... Pretty damn cool. Great atmosphere. Kinda borderline cheaty difficult but its so short its understandable

I always wondered at first too. It seemed like an internet fad, until I stumbled upon the whole "creepypasta" thing. I think I've become addicted as of recent, and I watched all the Marble Hornets videos. Love horror, and love the whole creepypasta movement. Another good creepypasta-related game would be the SCP Containment Breach and the Staircase Simulator. Love the little background stories behind every SCP.

Thanks for talking about that, at first I have been clue-less of what is this "slender" and "slenderman", but searching I discovered not 1, but 2 games, Slender and Slenderman: The Game, I will try it tomorrow I think, here is the links:

LOL. I just saw the video where the guy get's pranked by his girlfriend. Nearly pissed myself.
I love the idea for the game, but I dunno. Maybe I'm jaded from all the years of Silent Hill mind-rape.
Speaking of which, I'd pay good money for a Slender Man vs. Pyramid Head game.

I wouldnt say terrifyin... I guess it depends on your resistance to scary stuff lol. It got me twice thats it. My gf and her sisters outright refuse to play it tho. She deleted it from her computer as soon as I left her house after I played it lol

I turned down a bunch of the settings and now it runs well enough for me to play.  It started off pretty good, nice and tense, but all of a sudden I died for no reason, as far as I could tell.  On my second play, I finally saw the slender man, and he looked goofy as hell.  I think that killed any tension that had been built up to that point.  He doesn't look creepy at all, just kinda cartoony.  If they would just make him look a little more creepy, more realistic maybe, it would be an awesomely creepy game.
