Ive thought about it. The only problem (which is still true afaik) is no animated weapons = no whips = no castlevania imho

There's a guy in England who's currently working on a CV-ish mod. But yes = no whips = no Castlevania. But i wouldn't mind seeing more CV armor mods. Those I'd definitely download.

the Cv Oblivion mod was pretty fun.
a Skyrim mod would be great, Just add all the iconic non-whip weapons...
Spectral Sword could easliy be modded to Shanoa's glyphs

The only CV weapon that I currently have is the Claimh Solais sword from AoS. Beautiful weapon and a real monster killer at that. It has the same effects as the Dawnbreaker sword except you don't need to recharge it after a certain amount of uses. It's also far more powerful to boot. It's a two-handed sword but it swings much faster then the standard two-handed blades. It also has a nice glowing blue, water surface effect on the blade and the jewels too. I recommend this sword if your going to fight Vampires, Drauger, Skeletons, Werewolves and any other form of monstrosity that is susceptible to it's magic.

You could always create a CV spell mod in which you convert some of the spells used in the CV series. For example, conjuring spells that summon the familiars of SotN, a master level restoration spell version of the Grand Cross crush attack that annihilates any undead that is within range.

There's a guy remaking Curse of Darkness from the ground up, VA and all, in Skyrim, and also someone went ahead and made Brotherhood of Light armor (specifically Gabriel's).

Also I made Zobek that one time in character creation. And (LoS) Carmilla.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Bumping this.

I downloaded that one mod that gives you Alucard's outfit. (with a choice of capeless, and a few different colored ones, though the cape drives me CRAZY because it doesn't interact properly with things, and clips with weapons and shit)

There's also a mod that gives you Alucard as a follower. He doesn't look QUITE like Kojima's design, (he's basically made with modifications to the available assets in Skyrim) But it's neat nonetheless. Haven't installed it yet though.

I can see that in the next posts someone will see these photos and comment "This Alucard with a feline head is Gunlord or one of his parents" or something like that. That or quote me. xD
