When the game is orientated strictly in one direction: ie SotN, 2D Zelda games, etc, I can EASILY navigate the world. When orientation is movable, ie free flowing camera like LoI, CoD, and other 3D games, then forget it. I'll get lost frequently if I don't keep looking at the map. However, the more generic and repetitive the visuals and layout of the rooms are (LoI and CoD unfortunately are VERY) then it becomes impossible for me to navigate.
