MoF doesn't look too good, to be honest, looks like a rush job

Everything comes full circle

Hey guys, our 3DS game sold like shit because it was rushed and had crap gameplay, so let's release it on console to push sales!

Did you miss the part that they said there will be gameplay improvements? Or were you too busy downvoting another 130 of my 5 years old posts ?

Gameplay improvements? Another fabricated trademark David Cox lie. As long as there is some 1 button combo mechanic thing, there can't be any sort of gameplay improvenets.

Also lol fall damage in Castlevania.

Yeah, but I'm morbidly curious to try it out. Plus I feel weird if I don't try a Castlevania out (not including the pachislot/ PUZZLE OF THE NIGHT or whatever).

Now if they'll only put Castlevania: The Arcade on Xbox live or the PS3....

Also lol fall damage in Castlevania.

From all things done in LoS, fall damage is the only thing that I could like if did right (I dont know how they did it in MoF and a video would be helpful).

They didn't do it right.

The demo didn't have any that I remember.

However, if you fall off a Chandelier, expect to lose a nice chunk of hp.

I wouldn't mind if it acts as a penalty for human characters. I still think it's sacriledge when used against vampires. There is NO reason Alucard or Dracula should suffer fall damage. Vampires should NOT suffer the weaknesses humans do. Imagine vampires flying in the air, leaping great and high distances, then when they brace themselves to land, shatter their ankles? That's the stupidest thing I could EVER imagine. If that's the case, just fuckin nerf their abilities. No more flying, no more double jumping(that's tooooo damn high, might fracture you legs).

Belmonts themselves aren't even supposed to be regular human beings, though. I've always thought they were a bit super-human. I still don't agree with them taking fall damage. It just doesn't belong in a Castlevania game. You want to put bottomless pits in? Fine, but NOT fall damage. Leave that for FPS games.
