What would happen? Would Alucard disappear while Dracula conquers the world? What would happen to Shaft? Would a new hero defeat Dracula? I just want to see what you guys can come up with.

I don't think so crisis. Then again, I thought that ending was only an urban legend.

No, I think the bad ending he is referring to is the one in which you don't get the holy glasses and just simply kill Richter. Which ends with the castle crumbling and Alucard standing on a ledge saying "farewell land of my birth".
What would happen? Would Alucard disappear while Dracula conquers the world? What would happen to Shaft? Would a new hero defeat Dracula? I just want to see what you guys can come up with.
Well, assuming that Shaft is still around, he would likely continue to resurrect Dracula and if a new hero didn't come along, Alucard would likely awaken again and fight. After all, what is it that originally woke up Alucard in the first place? I think that it was the shift in the balance of power between good and evil. So, following that logic, unless there is a powerful force of good keeping up the good fight, Alucard will wake up to stop the evil.

Do you guys think the inverted castle was destroyed or that it continued to exist by shaft's powers until Dracula was fully ressurected? (sorry for spelling errors)

Now that you mention it, I think the two castles may have been linked like Kami and Piccilo form DBZ in that if one died, the other would as well. In other words, if one castle crumbled the other would too at the same time.

Why did it crumble anyway? I don't think shaft was stupid enough to set it up so the both castles would crumble just because richter (who was under his control died) I would think as long as shaft was alive and dracula was in the process of being revived it would remain.

Shaft made Richter Belmont Lord of Castlevania until Dracula is resurrected. So if Richter died while still in the position that shaft set him up with it would make sense for the castle to crumble away once 'it's' Lord was killed. Richter had planned to revive the Count but then Alucard comes along and kills him instead, thus preventing Dracula's rise and also destroying the castle in turn.

Hmm. Dracula would rise. Then humanity must hope for a hero maybe from a distant Belmont line.

It doesn't happen. That ending was never fully implemented into the game. All that exists of it are the voice clips that can only be accessed by ripping them off the disc.
