Funny story, there exists a porno movie where they've used CV1 music. I believe it was stage 2's theme; the level where you fight medusa. True story, I actually emailed Konami about it back in the day, they thanked me but I never heard anything else from them.

You know what I think the most surprising thing about this is?

Everyone's complaining about the succuboobies, but nobody has even brought up how this is an Original Timeline CV game and Richter is using the LoS-style extending grappling hook Vampire Killer. That strikes me as a much bigger retcon than the designated sex appeal character being sexy.

welll lesbihonest.. the CC itself is kinda a cool weapon. In fact with my hand accidented on the piano, and lied you, feel myself guilty. i apologize, i havent been following the pachinko story as of late, the world has been busy. at one point i kinda wish the CC was always apart of the series since inception. the only reason we have from leather to chain is because, well, "magic." we accept, but do we understand?

perhaps there will be a renaissance in the feature, where Konami, Capcom, etc. will reinvent/reintroduce their beloved series to a new generation, under new management. well after ps4/xbone are obsolete

oh wow!  thanks for pointing that out.  i was wondering for a long time now how Lords of Shadow would impact future Castlevania titles.  just wondering if anything in LoS would seep back into future "canon" entries (not like this is canon, but still), or if Castlevania would treat Lords of Shadow as if it had never existed.  now i know.  i will keep my eye out for more LoS inspired (or ripped) elements in this game (including Mirror of Fate succubus and harem).

Yeah but where does the really dumb part with Trevor and Alucard being the same guy due to a ridiculous misunderstanding where Gabriel Belmont didn't realize a guy named TREVOR BELMONT who uses the exact same weapon as him might be related to him fit into your little scheme?

And now that I'm thinking about that bullshit again, I'm afraid Konami is going to do something even stupider when it's time for Miss Redhead have her own plot twisteroo and undergone the Ultimate Succubusing. God damn it.

Yeah but there's other tell-tale signs "I'm going to obsessively watch you from the shadows like a standard supervillain" Gabriel should have picked up on so he wouldn't even need to know Trevor's last name, and I added those while I was raging out and editing the post.

And Trevor openly states that he's going to restore his family's legacy in his story mode, even if he never specifies that family is the Belmonts.

The worst part of it is that entire game is based around the premise that Gabriel has an all-powerful magic mirror that he can use at any given time to discover all the secrets of the universe, except that it never bothered telling him "Hey dumbfuck, you're trying to kill your own son" until Trevor was already dying.

AND WHY THE HELL DOES HE EVEN MAKE TREVOR CHANGE HIS NAME TO ALUCARD? There's no rhyme or reason behind it. At all. It's literally just something Konami awkwardly threw into the game to make it seem more like SotN.

MAN MoF's writing is really something else.
