What anime are you currently watching....

Instead of video games, here you list the anime you are currently watching. For myself, I am doing 3 shows right now, 2 are currently still seeing new episodes, one is older and long completed:

Gintama
Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R
Ranma 1/2

Also, it'll snow, first topic I've made in a long time.

Bringing back some old loves of mine and watching a whole bunch of UC Gundam; Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, The 08TH MS Team, and 0083: Stardust Memory.

I am also indulging my old high school love of Naruto, and suffice to say, I still very much enjoy the series after an 8 year hiatus from my last viewing.

Finally, the time has come for my annual viewing of The Wallflower (Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge), which I watch every March in something of a tradition.

Come May, I'll do my annual viewing of Azumanga Daioh!, which is hands down my favorite anime of all time.

Azumangah Daioh is great viewing, without Osaka though, she's the glue that really holds the show together.

It's essentially a Japanese-and-gender-swapped version of my high school days, so it holds a very special place in my heart.

Osaka is my mom's favorite character, so she'd heartily agree with you.

I was checking out the Anime series 'Is this a Zombie?' Entertaining and funny to say the least. I feel sorry for Ayumu... he gets shafted so many times by those around him. Even literally at times too, lol.

I got through the first half of Gurren Lagann before October Horrorthon began, now I just gotta pick up where I left off and see what THE FUTURE holds for these characters. Super good animation and style, pretty intriguing story and concepts.

There's other anime I stopped watching midway like Patlabor (original TV series) and Slayers that I gotta get back into. Trouble is, like video games, some of these I've been away from so long that there's a compulsion to start from the beginning, which sucks because I'm already finding myself with little time to really watch or play anything as it is, making watching several episodes over again really daunting. But I have a problem with forgetting important plot points and have trouble getting caught up again if I don't start fresh.

Sailor Moon Crystal.  I figured watch that first, then go to the older but I've been informed superior original series.  So far, I'm loving it.  Chibi-Usa's just shown up.

I've not seen Sailor Moon Crystal yet, but I'll check it out once it has all been finished. Same deal with the re-dubbing of the original series.

Though I've heard another season is coming for Crystal, in 26 episodes they blew through the original and Death Moon sagas (original and R). Not one filler episode at all, I do miss having some filler though.

Hell, that's why filler episodes first started being done -- the pacing of a TV show is far different from the pacing of a manga.

At the rate they are going, I'd give it about 65 episodes, maybe a little more if they go past where the anime ended, the fight with the manga series main villain, Chaos. The anime never even touched on the main bad guy, no mentions or anything.
