Konami would be reorganised from the ground-up. The current management board would be excused and replaced by those whom are passionate about games and how the fans feel about said games. Peoples' rights in terms of the workplace and how they're treated would become a top priority. Equal pay, stress-free environment, reasonable hours, and so-on. The whole slot thingy would still exist since it is where the company is drawing most of its revenue. But I would NOT be using game franchises for said slots. The slots would have their own designs, and if those designs were popular enough then the company would consider making an actual game out of them. All of Konami's beloved franchises would be brought back into full-swing. And done the way the fans want them. The odd risk or two would still be taken but not to the extent we've seen in the past decade. There would also be no premature release date for games that have not even left the drawing board yet. Instead the games themselves would be near-completion before any decision is made to set a date of release. Shipping out the castlevania NES trilogy with updated graphics, sounds, music, etc. Like Super Mario All-Stars would be a step in the right direction in order to help win back the fans whom the company had alienated.
