I like the art for this game. Looks more menacing and less like a cartoon (looks more like CotM and since CotM was the best in the handheld series this is a good thing).

Any stores started taking preorders or giving out preorder bonuses?

Gamestop is already taking pre-orders, as well as various places online for the game, but nothing on a bonus yet.  It's suppose to be coming out Oct. 21st in the states but it's subject to change.  I'm hoping the Japanese cover is the same cover we get in the states. Or that awesome picture that was on the cover of Nintendo Power's magazine. (I figure that will probably be the instruction booklet's cover otherwise.)

To me, Castelvania = Zelda, in terms of how much I like them.

LMAO!

But yes, given large amount of hype during OoE's appearance at E3 it's no surprise it'd be nominated. It's an uphill battle against Chrono Trigger, though. ;_;

I wouldn't be sure what to think if Chrono Trigger won to be honest. It's a great game and all but it's just a port of the original, with slight tweaks. I could see if there was a lot of new stuff being added or the just completely remade it, like FF4 or something.
